Jasmine Roach passes Registered Quality Assurance Professionals Exam.

In late April, Jasmine Roach, Quality Assurance Specialist, sat for the Registered Quality Assurance Professionals Exam for GLP. Jasmine passed this exam on her first try. This certification is highly regarded by quality professionals internationally. As of December 2016, only 620 people worldwide had successfully passed this exam. Jasmine has become a member of an elite group of quality professionals. Congratulations, Jasmine!


Elizabeth Lutes speaks to the Indianapolis Star about Mentorship.

Also in April, the Indianapolis Star featured AIT Bioscience’s Quality Assurance Analyst, Elizabeth Lutes. The article addresses the mentoring of women in the life sciences workspace through a program with the Indiana Healthcare Businesswomen Association. Elizabeth participanted in the program as a mentee and spoke to the advantages of having other working women and working mothers for guidance and understanding. Terri Pascarelli shares insights.

AIT Bioscience CEO, Terri Pascarelli, has been busy sharing her insight and wisdom in many forums. In May, she presented at the “1st Academic Excellence in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Science Summit” in West Lafayette, IN. The Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) and Purdue University’s Biotechnology Innovation and Regulatory Science (BIRS) Center co-sponsored the event.

Also this spring, HBAdvantage featured Terri in the article  “A Leadership Roundtable: Executives from around the industry and the HBA provide their insights into the leadership lessons they have learned on their way to successful careers.”


AIT Bioscience is proud to celebrate with our 2017 graduates!

Karen Preusch graduated from the Kelly School of Business at IUPUI with her MBA in Supply Chain Management in mid-May. This talented member of AIT Bioscience’s team of Principal Investigators/Project Managers also won the 2017 David E. Westerhaus Leadership Award. This award goes to an evening MBA student at Kelley who exhibits outstanding scholarship, character and leadership. Congratulations, Karen!

Shon Abron graduated from Providence Cristo del Rey High School in Indianapolis in late May. During the four years of his high school career, Shon’s been a valued intern for the AIT Bioscience team. AIT Bioscience celebrates with him as he moves on to his college career at Tennessee State University. Go Tigers!
